Tim Keffer, CFP®

As Senior Vice Presidient, Investment Manager at Windward Financial Advisors with LPL Financial, Tim Keffer, CFP® partners with business owners, individuals, and families to build comprehensive strategies that address their personal, financial, and retirement objectives. He also guides corporate clients through establishing and maintaining retirement plans while helping them manage their fiduciary obligations.

Tim brings valuable perspective from his previous roles as Director of North American Sales for Roadnet Technologies and Partner at Equity Partners. He joined Windward Financial Advisors with LPL Financial to create a practice focused on delivering exceptional financial and investment planning services to clients.

Beyond his professional work, Tim has demonstrated a strong commitment to his community, serving as School Board President and Father's Club President at Immaculate Heart of Mary School in Towson, Maryland. He is also an active supporter of the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp in Queenstown.

Tim holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University and earned his Financial Planning Certification from the New York University School of Professional Studies.

Originally from northern New Jersey, Tim resides in Annapolis with his wife Pam and they have 3 daughters and four grandsons.

When he's not working with clients, you'll find him on the golf course, out on the water, volunteering in the community, or tackling long-distance cycling challenges.
